Richa worked at Microsoft as a Senior Product Manager on Microsoft Defender for Office, where she worked on enterprise email security and scaled Attack Simulation Training across global enterprise and government environments.
That work gave her a direct view of where technical security ends and human exposure begins — the gap between what a filter catches and what reaches an inbox, and the gap between what a simulation teaches and what a person recalls in a moment of pressure.
She holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.
Rohit is a software architect with deep experience designing and scaling high-performance API and data systems — at Amazon, working on retail services infrastructure, and at Zynga, leading server-side systems for cheat detection and prevention in real time at scale.
Building systems that distinguish legitimate behaviour from adversarial behaviour — accurately, quickly, without punishing real users — is work that maps directly to what Mungo Labs is building. He leads the engineering architecture, including the on-device analysis pipeline and the privacy-preserving warning engine.
